House Rules

Check-in
All guests must be registered at check-in in accordance with local regulations.
After booking, you will receive a link via SMS and email. Please use this link to upload the personal data of yourself and all fellow travelers staying in the accommodation completely and accurately.

Arrival Time
Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance. Use the “Special Requests” field during booking or contact us via email, WhatsApp, or phone:

Cleaning
For stays of 7 nights or more, a weekly cleaning is included.
Additional cleanings can be requested at any time at a rate of €20 per cleaning.

Parties and Events
Bachelor/bachelorette parties and all types of parties or events are not permitted in the accommodation.

Quiet Hours
Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
During this time, special consideration for noise levels throughout the building is required.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation or anywhere else in the building.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Damages
Should any damage occur to the accommodation during your stay, the provisions of our Damage Policy apply. These may be used as the basis for calculating any applicable costs.
